Women’s safety

  • Rs. 12 crore for pink control room for security of women
  • Allocation of Rs.1266 crore exclusively for women

Package for KSRTC

  • Rs. 3000 crore package for KSRTC
  • KSRTC to be restructured
  • Rs. 12000 crore to be mobilised from NRIs through chitties
  • Allocation for revival and renovation of a number of PSUs

Pensions hiked

  • NRK pension raised from Rs. 500 to Rs. 2000
  • The pension to dairy farmers enhanced to Rs. 1100 a month.
  • Honoraria of ASHA workers, cooks and pre-primary

Free Internet

  • Rs. 1000 crore to be spent for Internet network expansion
  • Internet to be right of citizen
  • Free Internet connection to 20 lakh poor families
  • Rs. 100 crore for IT Mission
  • Rs. 1100 crore outlay for fisheries sector
  • Rs. 2100 crore outlay for agriculture sector
  • Rs. 90 crore for Kasaragod package

Health Insurance

  • Health insurance for government employees and pensioners
  • Five per cent reservation of differently-abled in educational institutions; four per cent reservation of jobs
  • Rs. 900 crore for ration subsidy
  • Rs. 117 crore for computerisation of ration shops
  • Rs. 200 crore for supplyco, Rs. 150 crore for Consumerfed
  • Rs. 700 crore for paddy procurement
  • Rs. 65 crore for expansion of Buds schools
  • Rs. 10 crore for compensation to endosulfan victims
  • Rs. 100 crore for smart cities. Rs. 100 crore for Amritham scheme

Total Housing Scheme:

  • 1 lakh houses to be built
  • 5257 posts to be created in the health sector
  • Three crore trees to be planted in the State

Free medicines

  • Medicines needed following organ transplants to be supplied at 10 per cent of cost.
  • Free medicines for those suffering from diabetes, blood pressure and high cholesterol
  • Karunya Benevolent Fund to get Rs. 350 crore
